Are you seeking an adventure? Maybe your idea of a fun date isn’t the typical dinner and a movie but something more like rock climbing, shooting guns, and riding ATV’s? Not everybody loves an adrenaline rush, so you have to be selective with who you take on these kind of activities. Mention some of the things that you find exciting on this list to your partner and see how they react. If they show interest, then maybe one of these activities can be a good idea for you. Your goal is to build a bond by having a fun experience, not to scare your partner to death. The last thing you want to do is take somebody who is afraid of heights on an airplane ride, or take somebody snorkeling at the lake who can’t swim. Make sure the person you are going with knows what you are going to do ahead of time and that it is something they feel comfortable with. Our favorite adventurous dates include:

- Rock climbing: Paragon adventures has a great indoor rock wall. Washington Rec center also has a climbing wall, Dixie State University also has a rock wall in the old gym upstairs. Highland park in Washington includes a “muscle-man climbing facility” adjacent to some large Castle Rock wall climbing equipment

- Slack lining
- Zip lining
- Cave exploring (Bloomington, Snow Canyon,) A lot of people play “hide and go seek” with glow sticks in these caves.
- Fly in an airplane or take a helicopter tour.
